Speech Therapy
Speech and language therapists offer corrective and rehabilitative care to patients who have lost language function ability and/or require assistance with oral communication deficiencies possibly as the result of trauma such as a stroke. Treatment programs may include physical strengthening exercises, instructive practice, and the use of audio-visual aids.
